My friend committed suicide

My friend committed suicide few months ago. I’m still grieving but still in denial sometimes. More than that All what I’m thinking about these days that I might loose anyone  any time on a sudden. I don’t want to deal with this pain it’s not easy. And ppl keep saying it’s a matter of time

This can be bad. I know what it is like. A friend was trying to tell me that they wanted to kill themself a while ago. All I can say is, if it does happen, let it be cried out and once it is over with, move on.
