My mum passed away on 08/05/22 age 47 due to a cardiac arrest. My mam was an alcoholic, she would go for months not drinking & then when she would drink she would binge for weeks. my mam had 5 children including me and my 4 brothers. It still doesn't feel real, i just feel so numb, angry sad etc, i joined this forum yesterday looking to speak to others as grief is new to me still dont seem to understand it. if you take the time to read this. below is a picture of me and my mam in happier times.
