I don't want to be alone at home because I feel I cannot breath...it feels like I am suffocating. I can't do any of my normal activities because I think of my mother. Members sarah1681 Posted March 29, 2014 Members Report Share Posted March 29, 2014 im so sorry mwruby1 how old was your mom?i know exactly what your going through i lost my mom 9 days ago it helped me to lay in her bed on her side and talk to her like she was there and tell her how much i miss her and wish she was still here. i also went and got a journal and im writing in it and its seemed to help a little i still miss my mom very much i used to talk to her everyday but i had to make myself go on with daily life because thats what she would want me to do my mom was a very strong person and i pray that i will be just like her my mom was only 53 we had no idea she was sick she didnt complain about anything she just died one morning while getting dressed for work and my little brother found her i still cant wrap my mind around that my mom is gone and i will never see her again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I feel bad because I know there is nothing I can say that will be able to take the pain away. May I ask if you believe in GOD? If so, pray during those moments, when it gets overwhelming.
