I feel so tired each day it is like I have not slept at all and I mostly just stay in the bed. It is when I get out of bed I flashbacks of the worst day of my life and realize my husband is gone. I do this every single day. Today makes 7 weeks of my living hell. I need to start getting out of bed but it is so overwhelming. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I miss him terribly and I hate the thought of waking up to the anxiety of another day without him. Just remember, take one day at a time, even one minute at a time as I have done.
