Members hotrod
Hello Yes i understand perfectly I do believe that for the first 2 years I felt this way every day Today, 6 years after loosing my precious only child, Stephen, this anger and rage is gone and i feel a deep sadness for my loss and more empathy and compassion for everyone else. This is a difficult road and I am so glad I found this site.t

Members NeverAndAlways
To answer your question...I say things like "i want to break a mime's arm so I can make him scream" to capture a feeling that I have sometimes...and my spiritual director nearly passed out and actually asked me if I thought I needed mental health counseling when I said: "I want to meet God so I can punch him in his face".I am sorry for feeling that way...well after!N&A
