By me being in school this isn't ideal and I don't really know how to cope. My mom is a mess and my dad isnt showing any emotion whatso ever so it's hard to sooth the pain. Talk to your friends, go to a school counselor, find a quiet place to cry your heart out, write a song, or write a letter. Those are all things you can do that may help.
