So hard to cope

Hello, I am feeling so overwhelmed as I am in the midst of our first year anniversary. This is when the horror began. Everyday I can replay it over and over again and nobody can seem to understand me. They don't understand why I would torture myself by thinking that way. But they will not ever know the circumstances of the loss of their child and I pray they never will. It is so hard to be alone, and to struggle with all the emotions of it all.  I am truly so very lost.
