Moderators KayC Posted February 24 Author Moderators Report Posted February 24 Spectrum was out yesterday from about 11:30 to just before 6 pm. They emailed me and said it was less than four hours so no credit. WHAT??!! Called and gave them a piece of my mind I won't get back. They never even apologized for the email. Customer Service is not their forte. No idea what the outage was for, at least AT&T addressed that. 2 1
