Grief is not always death

In 1996 I made a very hard decision that would affect my life forever.  I was a single mother with two boys 14 months apart and their father not in the picture.  I did all I know to do I placed them in Loving Caring home with an open adoption.   I was led into a dream future from their adoptive parents saying I would always be a part of their life well didn't happen.  So I have been greiving my children since 1996.  My mother passed away in my arms in 2017 and now my sister has disowned me.

I'm so sorry for all you have gone through, esp at this time of year; I can't imagine. I hope this site can help you in some way to lend an ear...
