Loss of a Medically Complex Child

I would like to connect with other bereaved parents of medically complex children. My daughter died 2 1/2 years ago of undiagnosed heart failure. She had a lung transplant as an infant and other medical issues since birth. She was 21 years old with some cognitive and physical disabilities. I was a single parent, her sole caregiver, and was with her nearly 24/7 because she was frequently absent from school due to medical reasons and appointments. She was my best friend and the strongest, bravest, and wisest person I have ever known.
