Hello all, hope your all well, I’m new to this, so not sure how it goes yet but
I lost my mum in September, then my grandad and then my grandma earlier this year, I’m looking in some support as I’m finding it very difficult as we were very close with each other thankyou
I also have really bad anxiety and depression which has obviously got worse than it normally is

Very sorry to hear of your losses. Anxiety and depression are quite normal in times like this; allow yourself time.

You might also try posting in the "Loss of a Parent" and/or "Losing Family and Friends" area in the site FYI. Lots of good people on the site and I hope can help!

Hope you are doing okay today,I know it's never easy to wake up in the world where they are absent. I m sure your mum must have loved you with all her heart and so did your grandma and grandpa.
