Brother’s death

I feel overwhelmed with my brother’s unexpected death.  He died in Dec. 2022. He distanced himself from the family in the last year so we weren’t as close. I feel plagued by the image of finding his body which comes to me at random during the day. I get flashes of memories with him (good and bad) and feel guilty for living my life as he lies in the ground.

I am so sorry.  My closest sister passed a year ago, it's so hard!  I miss her each and every day, I was her caregiver, she was disabled and had dementia.

You must feel plagued by the trauma of finding him!  Have you tried counseling?  A grief counselor that works with the following technique might really benefit you so you don't get haunted with these images.
