Heartbreak - heartbroken with ended relationship - EX

Dealing with a breakup can be very difficult regardless of the age or how long we have been with our EX. Sometime both parties did not want the breakup but alternatives were  not available and these situations are also very hurtful when you know that love is not responsible for the breakup. Anyway. I have been soon 7 months into the recovery process and it is getting better some days and back to sadness and despair but a little shorter every time. 
i just needed to share as I am not able to share my feeling with anyone else. I will get through this even if it takes more time.  Podcast, books,  mindfulness and meditation, I am using all the help I can. Xxx to all. I am a guys btw.
