I haven't been on here for a little while and just want to let you all know that I'm doing very good and very very happy.. I'm thankful to the Lord for seeing me through these very dark months.... and I'm also very very thankful to all of you.. and without you I would not have gotten through this to the degree that I have.. you're very important to me and I am very thankful to you all.. I've decided to move on to the next stage in this journey.. but I will remember you all and maybe I will check back sometime in the future.. I hope all of you do well in your lives.. I'm doing very well ...I have a very lovely, sweet and wonderful lady now who I love with all my heart and soul.. and we are doing very well together.. I wish you all much happiness.. trust the Lord with all your heart, soul and mind and he will never let you down.. love you and God bless you all!!! Members RichS Posted January 9, 2023 Members Report Share Posted January 9, 2023 I'm also glad that you've found happiness so soon. I lost my wife four days after your loss. Happiness seems so far away right now. People who have grieved longer than myself tell me that is gets a little better as time goes on. And yes, I've put my trust in the Lord more than I ever have. I'm the type of person who likes to know what's ahead of him. My wife was the same way. Still, I've found some peace leaving God in charge of my life and taking it one day at a time. From what I've been reading on this board, I can honestly say that even though I'm currently at the low point of my life, there are others who suffer more than I do.
