I miss my Dad so much

I am new to this group. Just lost my dad on November 21st. I miss him so much. I sometimes feel like I'm living this bad dream. He was my rock. I feel so lost and lonely.

I am sorry for your loss. I lost my dad in July suddenly.  I feel the same.  I know it's different for everyone, but as the days pass, I'm starting to find joy when I think about him instead of sadness.  Best of wishes to you as you walk your journey.

I just lost my dad on January 23, 2023.  He was my rock too.  But now I have to lean on the "rock" Jesus.  I am praying for comfort and to move through the stages of grieving so I can eventually "accept" his death as part of the circle of life.  Praying for peace for you in mind, body and spirit.
