Loss of 10 year old daughter

I lost my 10 year old daughter in November and we still don't know why. I can barely get through the days. I'm seeking professional help, but I don't have anyone to speak to that can relate. I'm sorry to everyone on here. No one should have to deal with this. A piece of me is missing and I feel completely shattered

I understand that feeling. We just went through that in losing our 8 year old son in November. You can make it. There is an inescapable pain that is there, but we've found that God sends little glimpses of His presence that have continued to help us in our lowest moments. Hold on. You can make it.

I lost my 9 year old son Dylan to sepsis from a burst appendix in December - doctors missed it, he had flu too so sent us home and he died a week later. It's unbearable and I can't believe it happened.

I'm sure the way you feel about your daughter is the same as me and everyone in that they're the most special child in the world, so it shouldn't happen to them and be in disbelief when it does. I feel like that now, it really does not make sense to me, like a mistake was made because it surely can't happen to them, and now we know, why isn't it being fixed and we have him back.

That's like salt in the wound, it seems.  I'm so sorry that happened to him and to you.
