tonibobbit, I know what you mean. This site does not have a 'real-time chat-zone' or anything similar, so mostly it just depends on who is online at any given time.

For my own self, though, I have found that there are different levels of 'relief satisfaction', if we can call it that(?), depending on how I approach my own just-me-all-by-myself "balling session'. Sometimes I tend to "hold it all any", and try to be 'strong and stoic'. even when I'm just by myself. Is that how it is for you, or something different?

You can write to me . I found it helpful when my boyfriend died 2 years ago, then & months later my brother died. Now my father who has been in and out of the hospital since May is in Hospice in his last days of life . It’s so hard to watch him deteriorate so quickly. I’m dreading the day he dies, I don’t know how I’m going to go on without my dad.
