Members LMR Posted August 5, 2022 Members Report Share Posted August 5, 2022 As if it isn't enough struggling day to day now it seems my night is being taken over. I woke from a dream this morning feeling awful, exhausted, pounding headache, aching back. I was dreaming that I was having a major meltdown. I was with a friend and I just started sobbing and sobbing uncontrollably and couldn't stop, it went on for ages until I woke up. Normally if I have a big meltdown I will feel some sort of relief afterwards, like I needed to let it all out. I didn't get that from the dream/nightmare.
