I lost my own son, David, five years ago so I understand how difficult life can become. I’m in the uk too but not close to where you are - if you fancy chatting to others who have also lost their sons in similar circumstances there is a group here - Loss of an Adult Son - they are very friendly and supportive if you’d like to give them a try.
