I recently lost my auntie unexpectedly at a young age. She had a rare form of cancer and we thought we would have had longer with her. We talk about her the whole time but I still don’t know how to deal and cope with it all.

I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s so hard to understand loss and to know how to process our grief.

I know I felt very lost myself. Please know that everyone grieves differently. If you want to maybe consider grief counselling or a grief support group. I also found online support at what’s your grief and grief in common.

Keep taking it day by day and don’t be afraid to reach out for extra support.
