Members Trikwuchi
Hi Im sorry for your loss. Covid is such a unique beast of it's own. I lost my mum to covid in January . So painful. I sent you a private message with a covid specific support group resource. I've found it very helpful.
Members reader
Dear Eamonm, I'm so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathies and condolences. There is no fixed timeline to grief. When I lost my dad, the intense pain and sorrow felt like it would last forever. I went to grief support and counselling. The counsellor said it would take on average of 18 months for people to feel better. The first year I cried an ocean of tears. Be kind and gentle to yourself. Keep taking it day by day. Please don't be afraid to reach out and get as much support as possible. Thinking of you.
