Members foreverhis Posted June 26, 2019 Members Report Posted June 26, 2019 Hi everyone. I was talking to my husband's sister today and mentioned the TED Talk on grief by Nora McInerny. She asked me to send her the link. I pulled it up online to copy the address and saw a second TED Talk with her. This one focuses on "How are You?" and why it's such a lousy question, especially related to grief and our society's utter lack of understanding, compassion, or even acknowledgment of grief. I watched it and plan to send the link to several of my family members and friends. She really hits on some of the things we've all talked over. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlaMOn8_1bc
Members BSL Posted July 4, 2019 Members Report Posted July 4, 2019 Thank you for that link! It's like she read my mind! Proof that, although everyone's grief journey is unique, there are commonalities also in all our paths. Bill
