Members SCSS093 Posted May 9, 2019 Members Report Posted May 9, 2019 I lost my husband very suddenly and unexpectedly on March 13,2019 it’s still such a shock to me and to this day I still can’t accept that he’s gone and when I try to process he’s not here anymore I start to feel numb all over he was my bestfriend I ever had and we did everything together and now it’s all gone Sent from my iPhone using Grieving.com

Please know what you are feeling and thinking is a very normal and natural part of grief. Its so hard. But you are not alone. So many of us feel this way too and find it incomprehensible.
