Happy Mother's Day, I miss you

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO MY MOM IN HEAVEN

I close my eyes, so that I can remember her sweet smile.
I wrap my arms around myself, so that I remember all
of the hugs she gave me.
I talk out loud, so that I can remember her voice.
I sit and I cry because these are the only things I 
have left of my MOM.
I love you, I miss you and most of all I wish that you
were here with me right now. KB

I miss my mom too and my dad. I miss them so badly. I even miss my mom nagging me.
I can't get my head around this life with no parents.
Was it Oscar Wilde who said - it's better to have loved and loss than never to have loved at all?
I don't know. I'm wondering if it's better to never have had anyone so we don't have anyone to miss when they're gone.
It suxs.

I miss my mom and dad immensely too. My mom recently passed unexpectedly last year, the day after thanksgiving. My father passed away 12 years ago from cancer the day after Christmas. The holidays will never be the same.  I often wonder the same thing. I call myself an adult orphan. It feels strange to have no parents. It’s sucks and it’s hard
