Book recommendation

I lost my wife in 2013, and have spent many years adjusting to this loss.  I found that one really frustrating thing was that so many of the books and websites I looked to for help seemed to be describing an almost totally different experience.  Either written like medical textbooks or New Age nonsense.   If you've found the same thing I can honestly recommend the book that's featured in this 1 minute Youtube video.  It really was a breath of fresh air, written in plain English and really very helpful in trying to understand the extreme emotions grief brings with it.

Grief: The Inside Story - A Guide to Surviving the Loss of a Loved One
