Dear Eric,

I am sorry for your loss. Feelings of anger and depression are normal part of grief. It is very hard to come to terms with.

It's better to stay alone sometime and talk to yourself. It's hard to fill that void but you need to find some other way to be happy. Life is all about ups and downs. It's better to keep your love for your father in sweet memories rather than bitter ones. Start a new phase of your life, you should go on a trip alone. Enjoy nature's peace, only nature can calm you. :)
