On Grief and Grieving Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, M.D., and David Kessler
I have just purchased this book and have found much wisdom in it to assist me during my grieving. I have read other of Elisabeth Kubler-Ross's works and have found them to be very realistic, spoken in everyday language. In this book, much of what she says is what I have said to myself one time or another after the loss of my son, Jesse. NOTE: Her model is not to be taken linearly, but rather is the major framework of emotions one most likely will experience. This is the tenth anniversary date of her death and her work continues to help people everyday.
