It's no surprise that Valentines day with you significant other being in heaven is hard.. I did a lot of self- care routines and reminisce on our memories and the tangible things I have to touch and hold..

seeing happy couples on Valentine's Day made me smile. Having strangers say "Happy Valentine's Day" did not bother me. Finding a Valentine card from my late husband when going through some papers made me cry.
