Hi, I'm curious how others have handled dealing with old photos. I came across a casual, once very precious engagement photo tonight ... and threw it out. Just didn't see a reason to hold onto it ... not even for the kids (kept the wedding album, though). Hurt. A lot. Yet I do have a sense of needing to have done that.

Hi.

I've known a few people that burned their photos, but most of my friends keep them for their kids. That is a pretty good question, though. I hope others respond, so we can know what others do.

Thanks for posting,

It is hard not to throw them out....I see my last 23 years as a waste...I thought it was foever. I have no good memories without him.

He left the album and didnt them either.

I saved the family baby album for my daughter. She may want it.

I felt as though I thought long and hard about marrying my ex 8 years then 15 years to have his baby just to have him walk out on my 40 th day like I expired.
