Members Jenniferzr1
My mom passed away 4 weeks ago, unexpectedly due to gallbladder and sepsis. I feel like the hole in my heart just won't go away, and I can hardly work because I can't stop thinking about her, I miss her so much. Please tell me how to cope. going to my dad's house gives me anxiety, so I don't want to go there all the time, and seeing him in pain makes me sick. How do you cope with this. Members StayingPositive
Sorry to hear about your loss. My Father passed away unexpectedly 8 weeks ago and I can completely relate to how you're feeling.Life feels completely different now he's passed and this is a natural response to the death. All I can say is, there is no wrong way to cope with the loss, but although difficult, make your Mum proud .. I'm sure she was already very proud of you .. Even though physically she isn't here anymore, cherish the memories, you're lucky that you knew her and make sure when you feel ready, that you work hard and do what you need to do to make sure you have an amazing life. I'm sure that's what she would have wanted.Remember.. It's fine to cry
