My wife and I lost our daughter, Nicaea, at 38 weeks. It has been painful for the entire family. I wrote a few blog posts about it. Maybe they will help you. It helped me just to write about it:

4) http://mscottfoster.com/2012/10/13/surviving-the-death-of-a-daughter-pt-4-heaven-on-earth/

The content is very descriptive in parts and there are a few pictures. They could trigger something.

JD's Mom, Becky

Hi, I am Becky, Mom of Jared (J. D.),15 year old son, that was killed a year ago, when a SUV hit him from behind while he was skateboarding only 1/4 mile from our driveway. I wanted to reach out and invite you to post on the Loss of An Adult Child forum, as it is very active, and all parents are welcome there, no matter the age of your child that you are grieving. I have found it very helpful to put my thoughts out there, and have people that really get how you are feeling, and many, who have been on this list for years, will reach back to you with comfort and really good advice. Please join us there.
