I see you're having a hard time posting like I did at first. Please don't give up on us. If you're still reading try this to get started.

Go to the forums. Scroll down I would recomend to click on loss of a partner. At top right you'll see start new topic. Click on this. Type in a topic title. Then go to the big blank area, and type what's on your mind. When you're ready scroll to the bottom and click on post new topic.

There's also a help forum where you can do the same thing and ask questions on how to do stuff.

You'll catch on to the forums quickly. Good luck and I really hope to see you back.

As I said I had a hard time figuring out how to start as well.
