Members Sadinsc803 Posted August 21 Members Report Posted August 21 My mom was my best friend and she received her wings Sunday. I feel lost in the world and she felt like my everything. My mom built me up in my darkest days and was there for my brightest. She was short, feisty, and a beautiful spirit. She will be missed beyond measure. 2 1

Members justme500 Posted August 22 Members Report Posted August 22 I am so sorry for your loss you are not alone. I just lost my mom in June. She was the best person I ever knew. Everyone loved her because she loved everyone. I have done some screaming. You will do enough pretending you are fine. Go ahead and scream and rail against the pain. It helps. 1 1

Grief is never straightforward. I unexpectedly lost my mother last week. My Dad found her collapsed on the floor and even with CPR, she was unable to be saved. My Dad and brother are having a difficult time since they all lived under the same roof and my Dad and her were married 49 years. I'm beyond devastated but I know with time, each day is going to be a little bit ok than the last. 2
