Members AnneH Posted June 15 Members Report Posted June 15 Lost my agility therapy dog to heart disease. Lost my first 2 1/2 years ago. While I ushered them both out the doing is extremely hard on. Me emotionally. That special bond with a working partner is so deep that when grief takes over it is incredibly painful. One day into a process that happened suddenly I am over come with sadness, lethargy and barely functioning. Trying hard to put one foot in front of another. Unable to cry it out as there is just numbness and emptiness. Any suggestions to ease pain? Both dogs lived 14 1/2 years with full abilities until the end 1
