Why are siblings so often forgotten in their grief?

 

I found grieving the loss of my Dad such a lonely experience that I decided to focus my masters topic on this feeling and have discovered that it is exceptionally common for siblings to feel lonely or forgotten when mourning the loss of their sibling.
