It's almost been a full year since my dad died of end stage congestive heart failure

I don't know how to feel next month will be a whole year since he died and it's still a shock to me

It's a year for me today since my dad passed away. I have been dreading this day super hard... and i think every year, every celebration, will be hard. That's what grief is.. but it does get a tiny tiny bit easier (or so I tell myself). Hang in there. I plan on doing some of his favorite things today.

I'm sorry to hear your loss as well as for me on the 15th of this month will mark my dad's death its been really hard to adjust without him especially since we were super close to each other and the fact my mom died all the way back in May 2010 isn't helping me I never really was able to grieve that but now he's gone and it hurts especially since he was all I had left
