Loss of my mother my bestfriend

In January of 2022 I lost my mother my bestfriend. I'm angry and hate this feeling. I devoted my life to be positive and this feeling is not normal for me. I have a daughter with autism and she feeds off this energy and I don't like it. I'm hoping this forum will help

I find that talking here does help a little. My mom was my best friend too. It's nice to be able to talk with others who've gone through losses like these. Hopefully you can find some comfort here.

Same here. Talking on this forum does help a little.  My mom was also my best friend.
 

Used to talk to her everyday. Have a baby daughter and we would take all the time about her.  Those talks are what I miss the most.  That comforting voice always made me feel better. 
 

still struggling with not being able to talk to her anymore. There is no one I can talk to like I used to talk to her.

My mom died in January too. I hate it. I wish w every fiber in my being it was not true. I wish I could have done something to stop it from happening. She was a beautiful person and my best friend. I am so sorry you hurt too. It is so hard.
