I think it could be normal if you are not eating and sleeping properly and dealing with your feelings over the difficult loss. I am not a medical professional and it is best to see a doctor or nurse or consider talking to a grief therapist. I hope you feel better soon. Members Nicole-my grief journey Posted August 18, 2020 Members Report Share Posted August 18, 2020 I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom. It’s so painful to lose a mim. Yes, I’ve experienced that with the loss of my mom. Walking, acupuncture and therapy have helped. All of it’s hard to do with grief but so important. I also developed unhealthy eating habits.
