Members Boulavich
Hi there, I lost my father after a long illness in 2017 and my mother in 2018 which was a great shock. Lately I've been missing both of them but i can't stop reminiscing to when i was in my teens and early twenties, is this a normal thing to experience? Members Fon
I for sure think it is normal. I lost my dad at 23 and my mom at thirty both suddenly. I still find myself thinking back to times they were alive Sent from my iPhone using Grieving.com
Members reader
Dear Bouvalich, I'm so sorry to hear you lost both your parents so close together. It is normal and natural to think about them. Grief has no fixed timeline and certain days and months and even years will be harder than others. Always know there is no right way or wrong way to remember your cherished and beloved parents.
