Moderators KayC Posted December 26, 2018 Moderators Report Share Posted December 26, 2018 I tried and tried and it kept locking me out, even when I got home on my own computer and windows remembers the pw. I need to know if anyone else is having this problem. I know my password, it's the same password I've had for years! They said it was because I used my son's computer but I've used it before when I visited him, so IDK. But when I got home and on my own computer, I still couldn't use it. They had to do something to allow me in because even resetting the pw was a temporary measure for me. It took a couple of days. It was Kelli that responded, she said sometimes there's triggers at the Comcast level beyond their control, not sure how they fixed it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
