Members Macie Posted May 31, 2018 Members Report Posted May 31, 2018 June 26th, 2016 my father was in an altercation and was killed by asphyxiation, which is being suffocated. There was no justice. The man who killed my father wasn't sent to jail and has 0 charges against him. It gets harder and harder everyday because my dad was my best friend. My dad was an alcoholic. I just need some ideas on what to do and how to cope with the grieving process..

It's hard to know what to say as there are no tips in how to cope. It takes a long time. I hope you will consider therapy, or grief counselling because its a lot to handle without proper help. I am so sorry for your loss.
