It's been a month to the date tomorrow and I still haven't gotten my daughters ashes back… Did anyone else have this issue? I thought they called my husband last week and got my hopes up that they were calling to tell us to get our babygirl but it was someone else. How long he said it usually takes it up, I just want my daughter

I'm so sorry for your pain and sorrow.

I don't know exactly how long it takes, but I would hope it doesn't take this long. Can you have a trusted friend or family member follow up? I know this is very hard. I hope you can get your ashes soon.
