Members Kyra
My best friend has end stage CHF. We met going on two years ago when I became her special needs son’s nurse. I went to her house expecting to love her kiddo, but I came out meeting my person. She has pregnancy induced cardiomyopathy which lead to CHF. Over this last year I’ve watched her get sicker and sicker. Some days are ok and others she struggles. As sick as she is though she isn’t “sick enough “ to get a bee heart yet. I find myself in the situation of anticipatory grief, because without this new heart she won’t be here anymore. I truly don’t know what I’d do without her.
