Books on Grief

Hi reader,

A book that deals with loss and grieving from a different perspective is The Grieving Brain: The Surprising Science of How We Learn from Love and Loss, by Mary-Frances O'Connor.     Full disclosure: Almost 2 months ago, I emailed the author with a question about her methods for her research that she's put in this book, and never heard back from her. Nevertheless, I still found very many parts of the book most helpful for my own loss-and-grieving healing work. Especially if one has suffered a traumatic loss, this one might be comforting. Unfortunately, I don't have the links for her free articles and YouTubes, but probably accessible through a Google search.

Best to you reader.  Ronni
