Members So sad 13 Posted September 1, 2020 Members Report Share Posted September 1, 2020 I lost my bestfriend on Sept 5 2019. He was running from the police and jumped into the Deschutes River where several officers watched as he drowned. No one tried to save him. I'm very angry as to why he would jump into such a dangerous river. I'm angry as to why the Warmsprings police didnt think his life was important enough to save.
