Try to spend more quality time with your grandad. What terminally ill patients don't want to see is you being saddened by their slowly passing away. Talk to your grandpa, hug/hold him as much as you can. What they would like to know is you would be okay when they're gone. That you would carry on living their best life after they pass away. Try to keep your great grandma's memories alive. I suggest you set up an online memorial for her. You can post your photos and stories about your great grandma here.
