For some reason, these stairs have become something of a metaphor. The path up from the despair of the loss is a twisting ,winding path..and the climb up can seem so long, and sometimes hard. But as you climb, things get a little clearer, your balance comes back, and sometimes, a friend reaches out to lend you a hand. The view from the top is magnificent, so they say.
