Shelby loss her battle with addiction on May 21,2010. She is the 3rd of my 4 children. Shelby has 2 older brothers and 1 younger sister, who is also her best friend. Shelby was 20 years old when she left us. my life and the lives of the rest of my family was forever changed on that day. We love and miss you Shelby Jo Perkins
