Adulting can almost always be hard. There's work, bills, household chores, and if you have a partner/ child well that's a lot to juggle. Then you go and throw in grieving and let me tell you sometimes who I am kidding most of the time I feel like I'm going to lose my ever-loving mind. Am I the only one? How does everyone else out their cope? Give a girl some advice because mama bear is about to lose it.

I lost my mom 01-18-2021 to COVID related problems, and on top of that, neglect due to her hospital that she was at. I feel every emotion in the book, but most of all anger.

Grieving can bring out the dark side of us. However, how do we talk about these deep, intense emotions? Generally non-grievers do not want to hear about the angst of grieving. Share here with others about the dark side of grieving. Keep in mind to be respectful of others and their emotions. This forum will stick strictly to the topic.

This forum is dedicated to expectant fathers who lost their unborn child. The father's perspective is often overlooked or downplayed, but there are men out there that are suffering tremendously to cope with the loss of an unborn child. I am one such man.
