I have been trying to find my way back to life but it's a hard struggle. I always find myself back in the "mood"! So I just said, let me join an online support group and maybe start the process to something! I think I'm stuck on the accepting step... Any suggestions, recommendations, or thoughts on a first step to getting back to life would be greatly appreciated... There are several things you can do, but most importantly--the best way to heal is to talk about your pain, your emotions, your mom, your memories. Just talk. You can also journal, meditate, exercise, join a self help group in person, go to a grief class or counseling. There are many things to do to begin to heal and move forward.
